TAUNUSSTEIN, Germany -- Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT - News) today announced that NeckarCom Telekommunikation GmbH, an innovative German telecommunications provider, has launched its commercial Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service following the successful implementation earlier this year of a WiMAX network in the Ulm region of Germany by Motorola.
